Information collection technique that tapes the interviews live and permits the objective recording of respondents' opinions and their facial expressions, body language, and others, without losing their emphasis, involvement and anything they may eventually say.

This technique is particularly rich and makes written reports unnecessary. The interviews, based on previously developed guides about the topic being discussed, are videotaped, edited and delivered to the client.
Whenever necessary the tapes can be re-edited with the most significant moments of the interview/focus group. We can include some opening footage, background music, and narration, besides other elements, to add sophistication to the tapes and make them more appropriate for special presentations.
